The Leverage Stack contains six forms of capital that can reinforce one another:

Technical capital: rare research, engineering, and execution ability.
Financial capital: cash flow, assets, and the ability to fund work.
Organizational capital: systems that coordinate people and Agents.
Relationship and reputation capital: earned trust and credible delivery.
Information capital: better evidence, context, and decision quality.
Decision rights: the durable ability to allocate time, systems, and resources.

The ABC Model

A-side absorbs resources. It understands clients, institutions, financing, approval chains, and the movement of capital. AI becomes a lever for research, decisions, delivery, and organizational efficiency.

B-side manufactures scarcity. AI, Agent, Quant, Systems, and Research capability must remain current through shipping, testing, and measurable evidence. Knowing is not enough.

C-side capitalizes the combination. It turns resources and capability into products, companies, funds, platforms, portfolios, or new organizations.

Allocation Power, Not Symbolic Power

The objective is not status without substance. Durable allocation power means being able to choose which problems receive time and capital, organize humans and Agents around a mission, earn trust for important delivery, and retain the option to create new paths.
